Used it before a tattoo session and the cooling hit from the menthol kicked in fast, which made the whole process way more comfortable. The 4% lidocaine held up for about two hours, and my skin didn't feel greasy afterward.
The lightweight moisturizers are a nice touch—my skin didn't feel sticky or greasy after applying, just a clean, cool tingle. Took maybe ten minutes for the 4% lidocaine to fully kick in, and it easily lasted through my whole session. This is the first numbing cream that's actually worked for me.
